Cast post-treatment

Because the cleaning of the cast parts is very costly, manufacturing processes must be refined so far that manual post-treatments may be dropped or at least can be reduced to a minimum. The cast post-treatment works therefore with blasting installations which are partially fully-integrated into the production line, and therefore mainly only carries out a control function. Bigger cast parts, as well as cast parts for which an abrading-process is necessary, are cleaned in modern sound-proofed abrading-cabins in a ready for shipment way.
