The Eisengiesserei Baumgarte GmbH is pleased about your visit to this website. The Eisengiesserei Baumgarte GmbH takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

Fundamental information

The use of our website is usually possible without the provision of personal data. As far as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our website, this is always carried out on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without express consent.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. when communicating via e-mail) can have security holes. It is not possible to completely protect the data from access by third parties.

If you send us inquiries via our contact form, your details will be displayed in the contact form which includes the contact details you provided there (e.g. name, address, phone number and e-mail address). These contact details are stored for the purpose of processing the request and for the case of further questions. Of course, we do not pass on this data without your consent. Data you submit to us via the contact form will be transmitted via SSL encryption.

You can electronically send a job application to our company. We will of course use your information exclusively for the processing of your application and will not pass it on to third parties. Please note that e-mails, which are sent unencrypted, are not transmitted to the user in an access-protected way. If you have applied for a specific job and it has already been filled, and we think that another job would be more suitable, we would be happy to forward your application within the company. Please let us know if you do not agree to this. Your personal data will be deleted immediately after completion of the application process, or after a maximum of 6 months, unless you have expressly given us your consent for a longer storage of your data.

Analysis service Matomo

Our website uses Matomo, which is a so-called web analytics service. Matomo uses so-called "cookies", which are text files that are stored on your computer and which allow us to analyse the use of the website. Your IP address will be used in this process anonymised so that you as a user remain anonymous for us. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will not be passed on to third parties. You may prevent the use of cookies by a corresponding setting of your browser software, but in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this website. If you do not agree with the storage and evaluation of the data from your visit, you can disagree with the storage and use of your data by a mouse click at any time (see below). In this case a so-called opt-cut-cookie is filed in your browser and thus no data is collected by Matomo. Warning: If you delete your cookies, the opt-out cookie will also be deleted and, if necessary, have to be reactivated by you.
